Firetec Hybrid Systems

Recent innovations have lead Firetec® to introduce special systems combining various functions of CT, CTX and CB equipment. Thus depending on the risks to be addressed, the Reacton™ detection tube attached to the CTX valve can be replaced with a single CB plug, plug array, or combination of Reacton™ tube and plug(s).

One advantage to this arrangement is that the entire system can be constructed from steel and brass components with the exception of the very small and well protected plastic plugs, to produce a system capable of withstanding high shock and impact, and very high ambient temperatures.
